  9. After 30 minutes, remove the pork from the oven, remove the covering foil. Spread the remaining (uncooked) sauce mixture onto the pork. Return the pork into the oven for another 15 minutes or more depending on how done you want the pork to be.
  10. Serve it hot with your favorite accompaniment (I opted for home made fries) and the cooked sauce.
