- Chocolate.📍 For caramelise glaze: add extra 1/2 cup caster sugar in a pan with 1/4 cup water in a slow heat to dissolve, let it boil for 10' without stirring, remove from heat and dip quickly the pears and few hazelnuts in a toothpicks not to burn yourself s, arrange them in the top go the cake.
