  9. Add more spices if you feel it needs it. Remember a little at a time and taste.
  10. When you feel it needs no more, reduce your chilli if it needs it by gently simmering and stirring occasionally.
  11. Serve with rice, jacket potato, crusty bread or whatever you fancy. Enjoy.
