  4. Add the rest of the sauerkraut to the top of the hotdogs. Roast the pepper over an open flame.
  5. Scrape the blistered skin off. Slice on side all the way down and remove the seeds.
  6. Roll it up and slice it very thinly.
  7. Slice any that are too long. Add over the top of the sauerkraut.
  8. Add the paprika on top and Put into the oven for 35-40 minutes.
  9. Remove the lid and bake 10-15 minutes more.
  10. Let rest 7 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
  11. I ate mine two ways I added ketchup and mustard to the bun
  12. Added hotdogs.
  13. Then topped off with the sauerkraut and pepper.
