Steps to make Orange & Nuts Cake:

1. Pre heat the oven at 180 degree.
2. Beat the butter and Sugar together until it creamy texture. Break the eggs and gradually add to the mixture and beat. Add orange zest.
3. Sieve the baking powder and flour together and fold it into the mixture. Do not use whisk. Use the wooden spoon to fold it.
4. Grease the cake tin with butter and pour the mixture in to the tin.
5. Place it in the oven and cook it for 35-40mins. To check the cake if it’s done simply pierce with the tooth pick or knife. If the knife comes out clear, means cake is done.
6. Leave it to rest and cool down before transferring to the plate. Chop the nuts and decorate the cake.
7. Serve and enjoy with tea.
