  5. Cut the baked potatoes, place plenty of Bulgogi Beef on top and sprinkle with some chopped Spring Onion.

Bulgogi Jeongol (불고기 전골), Yaetnal Bulgogi (옛날불고기), and Bulgogi Ttukbaegi (불고기뚝배기). Serve over potatoes and top with cheddar. You can substitute the beef with lamb mince.
