- Roast until aromatic and colour changes to light brown… Now add turmeric. Red. Chilli. Cumin powder and chhole masala… Mix well. Until oil leaves…
- Now add boiled chickpeas. Salt to taste… Tamarind pulp… Mix well till thick
- Now add tea water.. To get restaurant style colour and mix well… Boil till thick consistency…
- Garnish with coriander leaves.. Serve hot wid naan and lachha onions..
