The ingredients needed to make Bruschetta:

  1. Take 1 baguette
  2. Get 2 clove garlic, chopped or crushed

Instructions to make Bruschetta:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°F.
  2. Cut and dice the tomatoes and place into bowl. Include seeds and juice.
  3. Cut and finely dice red onion and combine with tomatoes.
  4. Chop basil thinly and combine with onion and tomatoes in bowl.
  5. Add garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Slice bread and coat one side with olive oil. Place in oven until golden
  7. Spoon tomatoe mixture onto bread.
  8. Crumble feta over tomato and bread.
  9. Drizzle balsamic glaze over top and decoratively on plate.
  10. Serve immediately.
