Steps to make Eggless Churros:

  1. In a pan take 1 cup of water. Keeping the flame high add 2 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of sugar.
  2. When the sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil keeping the flame low add 1 cup of Maida and stir it continuesly with a whisk.
  3. Now the mixture comes together but still is sticky. Now using a silicon spatula knead the dough and it will become a soft dough.
  4. Now take a pipping bag with star nozzle and pipe the dough. Make sure the dough is not so stiff otherwise it will not pipe easily.
  5. Pipe the churros on a greased tray.
  6. Take some oil in a kadhai and heat it on a medium flame for 5-10 mins.
  7. Fry the churros at a low flame until they are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Churros are ready. Now for making cinnamon sugar add 2 tsp of granulated sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon powder and mix it well.
  9. Now take a churro and coat it with the prepared cinnamon sugar. Make sure you coat it from all sides.
  10. For preparing chocholate syrup add 1 cups of water, 3/4 sugar, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder and mix it well.
  11. Put it on flame and when the sugar dissolves add 1/4 cup of condensed milk and 2 tbsp of butter and cook it for 5-10mins at medium flame.
  12. When the Chocholate syrup is well cooked and thick pour it in a cup and let it cool
  13. Churros are ready.!!!! Dip them in chocholate sauce and eat them. They just taste awsome
