  13. Prepare 150 gm dried breadcrumbs

  1. Heat a pan with oil, add chopped onion, chopped green chillies and saute on medium flame until brown.
  2. Now add turmeric powder red chili powder garam masala powder and saute the spices.
  3. Now add chicken Keema and mix it well with mashed potato and coriander leaves on medium flame until the oil separate.
  4. Chicken keema mixture for Patty is ready.
  5. Peel the boiled eggs and roll them in flour.
  6. Now crack the remaining one egg in a bowl and whisk it with little Salt.
  7. Press out the chicken keema mixture into 4 parties and wrap around each flour egg.
  8. Again roll the "chicken wrapped egg" in flour then whipped egg and finish with breadcrumbs. Repeat for each egg.
  9. Heat oil and deep fry each Egg for about 5 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.
  10. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and mustard sauce.
