  6. Add half of the egg white mixture (meringue) to the wet mixture and mix until half-mixed.
  7. Add the rest of the meringue and mix well.
  8. Heat a large skillet at low temperature and coat with vegetable oil. Pour the mixture into the skillet and cover with a lid. Cook for 3 min or until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake.
  9. Flip the pancake with a spatula to cook the other side.
  10. Whipped Mascarpone Cream
  11. Add the mascarpone, cream and sugar and whip with a hand mixer until the mixture is fluffy and stiff.
  12. Kahlua Chocolate Sauce
  13. Prepare chocolate sauce.
  14. Pour the Kahlua liquor into the chocolate sauce and mix well.
  15. Decorate as you like.
