  1. Take a bowl and add 2 Cup Dal Mash and add 4 cups Water and soaked it for 3 Hours. After that Wash it and add 1 liter Fresh Water.
  2. Now Take a Pot and add Soaked Dal Mash (With 1 Liter Water) add salt or turmeric (to taste)and Boiled it for 20 minutes on High to Medium Flame. After that, Strainer it. - Grind onion,tomatoes,ginger,garlic and green chilies and make a paste
  3. Now take a pot and add 1/2 Cup Oil and add Whole garam masala like cinnamon sticks,black pepper,large cardamom and cloves..fry them for 30 second now add Paste masala and stir it and add Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Button Red Chilli and stir it and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame.
  4. After that add Boiled Dal Mash and mix it well and add 4 tablespoon water(dal water) and Stir it and add Green Chillies, Ginger, Green Coriander and Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on very low flame.
  5. Now Open the lid and stir it and add Garam Masala Powder and mix it well. Now your Fry Dal Mash is ready.
  6. Now serve it with sprinkle Green Chillies, Ginger, Green Coriander and Lemon.
